What does it cost to submit an application? |
|
A

Absolutely nothing! Just send us an application with a credit report (one-tier is fine) and we'll get to work. |
| |
|
Q
:
|
What are the minimum company requirements to send you loans? |
|
A
: |
A computer. Or a fax machine. Or at least a phone and a mailbox. Point being, there are not any net worth, volume, or any other type of requirements. If you do one loan a year or one hundred loans a year, we're happy to work with you. |
| |
|
Q
:
|
When will I know if an application I send you is approved? |
|
A
: |
Within twenty-four hours we will contact you. If it is approved, you will receive all disclosures and a needs sheet; if it is denied, we will call or email you and let you know. |

I've sent you a loan and it closed. When do I receive my origination and application fee? |

Our clients receive their fee income within five business days after the disbursement of funds. We request that the closing agent send the check directly to the financial institution. |
| |
|
Q

Do I have to sign any contract prior to sending you a loan? |
|
A

We have an agreement in principle simply to define our relationship; it does not have to be signed prior to sending us business. |
| |
|
Q

I have an after-hours question I need answered. Is there anyway I can get a hold of someone? |
|
A

Sure! We forward our direct lines to our cell phones, so we are always available. And if we are not around our phones, leave us a message. We WILL call you back! |

After a tentative agreement is reached, we will freely supply references. We are confident you will like what you hear! |

I've been in banking for years, but have never dealt with the secondary market. Is this old dog going to have to learn new tricks? |
|
A

That's the beauty of our program! If you can just collect disclosures and documents from the borrower and maintain customer contact, we'll handle all of the secondary market issues. |
| |
|
Q
:
|
My customer is concerned about privacy issues. Do you have anything to alleviate these concerns? |
|
A

Yes we do. A privacy policy is included in the disclosures package we send you. |

Q

|
Were you guys part of that sub-prime mess I read about in the newspaper every morning? |

A

Absolutely not. In fact, we held the legislative chair for drafting predatory lending laws in the state of Tennessee. We believe that doing business the right way leads to long-term benefits. |
